    I don’t know if this picture is real or not, but its one of the creepiest photos I seen. The teacher looks like he is retarded too. If anyone could verify who this teacher is, that would be great.

      theres no fly on the pants, if pants can hold a belt, generally have a fly (also they would be semi formal, so one would expect to see one)

      so that sorta says photoshopped.

      BUT he is standing so weirdly.. pushing chest out.. maybe trying to hide it?? i dunno.

      Err. This photo is from Hants East Rural High, in Nova Scotia. The teacher is a substitute, Mr. Stewerts. But we all call him Mr. Bubbles (Trailer Park Boys). I remember when this picture was floating around. Creepy as hell xD.
