When Mayor Ray Nagin was re-elected, it came as a bit of a surprise to some people on why he would be elected again after his mishandling of hurricane Katrina. Perhaps you didn’t see this recently released photo of Nagin reaching out to Looter Guy. The looter guy has a strong following and Nagin knew how to capitalize on it!
